Computer not connecting to wifi

Upon turning my computer on today for some reason the pc wouldn't connect to ethernet, it would say unidentified network, when trying to use WiFi which is already unusable, it wouldn't connect that way either, it would just show my Internet with 0 bars of signal. So my first initial check was if the cables are in securely which they are, then I restated the router which didn't fix the problem, so I took out the WiFi pod which the ethernet is connected to and plugged it back in restarting it, that didn't seem to fix the problem either. The WiFi pod dot light flashes on and off, not sure what that means. The Internet on my phone worms perfectly fine, so I assumed it was the pc bur the pc would connect fine to my personal hotspot so my guess is its the WiFi pod. I'm kinda lost for what to do next.

Call VM and report the fault.  Your mobile may well have reverted to using mobile data.

I just got off call with them and nothing really helped, the main virgin customer team thought it was a computer issue despite reassuring it wasn't that as the computer connected to another network fine. Then I was forwarded to a troubleshoot company that charges which I declined because it isn't the computer that's the issue and more of network being the issue. I lost the line with them. So I'm kinda lost even more now

Connect your computer to the VM Hub via a network cable

Login to the VM Hub menu at http://192.168.0.1/

Look at the Hub Status info ... does it show Internet is Online ?

Check  the Wi-Fi settings :

+ Is the Wi-Fi Enabled for both 2.4 & 5GHz

+ Check the SSID and Passwords are what you expect - correct them if needed.
