Is there anything helpful in this post from “newapollo”( in this thread) for a guide to scanning and ordering Pods….


I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

We're sorry to hear you've been struggling to get some WiFi Pods sent out to you - we'd like to help.

I've dropped you a PM so I can take your account details and have a look. In the meantime and if you haven't already, can you please run some speed tests via Samknows in all of the rooms where you're receiving <30mbs? These results will filter through to us and we can confirm if WiFi Pods are required.

Hi I'm also experiencing issues getting a wifi pod.

On Wifi Max and Volt, have run speed tests on the Connect app and getting scores of 18 Mbps, 26 Mbps etc. 

Spoke to Virgin probably a year ago about a different issue, which they said they would send a Wifi pod - but received nothing and fed up of going round in circles to just get 1 pod.
