Cannot use VM Connect while moving

Joining in

I am moving house and the new property requires engineer visit, which will take 10 days. The website says I should be able to use VM Connect which would be great as out neighbours have virgin. However when I login to the app it says... Account is inactive or closed

Can I clarify, are you at your new address and waiting for the service to be installed? If so the Connect App would need a Hub to connect with. 

What are you wanting to use the App for?
