Cannot order Wifi Pod through an app or website

Hi I cannot order wifi pod neither through an app or web.

I have scanned my house with VC app and I have very poor connection in my bedroom, but app doesn't give me the option of ordering a pod same for your website.

I have got my virgin broadband activated on Tuesday11th.

Can you help with this?

What happens on the connect App?  What speeds is it showing on there that wonrt allow you to order?


I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

It shows poor connection and there is no option to order in the app...

there is no wifi signal in my bedroom at all.

when I scan standing in the doorway it shows up to 8mb/s.

according to app instructions the app after scanning and detecting poor signal it should give the option to order wifi pods but it doesn't do this.

I have tried tech support on my virgin account but this doesn't work either as all you can do there is to click the link to see if you are eligible to order free pods it then takes you to login page when after you have logged in it doesn't check anything... 



This is your opportunity to avoid the troublesome VM Pods and to buy
a decent Wi-Fi Mesh that you will own and far more important can control
and use with any ISP.
