Cannot access Hub 4 Ui with 192.168.0.1

Hub 4 UI access with ethernet connected desktop is broken I have tried all suggested fixes from various forums and it seems to get access needs a reset or reboot to get initial access then after this it just goes back to webpage not responding at next login. Connect app cannot find hub is also another issue..

This affects a "minority of users" is similar to the PO Horizon "you are the only one".

Come on VM fix it properly or admit there is an issue. Rant over !!

Hence my "minority of users" and PO Horizon comparison. If VM profit margin is not affected any reported issues seem to go on backburner. Welcome to Liberty Global !

Disable the Hub 4, then report it as failed / request a replacement.
