Hub 4 UI access with ethernet connected desktop is broken I have tried all suggested fixes from various forums and it seems to get access needs a reset or reboot to get initial access then after this it just goes back to webpage not responding at next login. Connect app cannot find hub is also another issue..
This affects a "minority of users" is similar to the PO Horizon "you are the only one".
Come on VM fix it properly or admit there is an issue. Rant over !!

Disable the Hub 4, then report it as failed / request a replacement.
