Hi, just a quick issue. I'm trying to access my router settings to change the password to something easier, however the password supplied on the router itself is incorrect (I'm using the correct one; the 8 digits below the ip). Any help or idea with what to do?
Cheers

A 60 second pinhole reset should revert the password to as printed. If this is not working there is no recovery method. The only option is a replacement Hub.

Sorry to hear of the difficulty you've faced when trying to access the router settings.
Has the aforementioned pin hole reset been completed?
If so, please advise us of the outcome of this diagnostic.
