Hi, I recently moved to a new flat where it is previously a business property that is now divided into 4 new flats. Besides of the 4 new flats, within the same building there are three more flats on the first floor which is originally there for years.
I went to virgin media postcode checker and cannot find my address (my flat number) other than the three flats I mentioned. However, if I go to virign media business, I can search for my address (without the flat number which I believe is the old business address) and it states virgin media broadband is available in my area.
I can also search my address that includes my flat number in royal mail postcode finder. I think since my flat is new, the address has to be updated or add to the database so I can sign up for broadband.
Any help is appreciated!
