Broadband working but VM Connect app can't find hub. Want to get Wifi Pods to extend reach.

Hello. My broadband is working but it doesn't reach the back of the house. Therefore I want to extend the reach by ordering wifi pods. However, the VM Connect app can't find my Hub 5 no matter what I try, which means I can't go through the steps required for a home scan and ordering the pods. What do I do?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

The Connect app will just waste your time and never come with a method to order VM Pods.

The best advice on offer is to order a retail Mesh online and be using it in a day or two.

Sorry to hear of any wireless issues.

Have you got any VPN on your device? This will stop the Connect App working.

Also ensure that you have got the Intelligent WiFi ticked as well 🙂
