Broadband dropping out

Hi,

My broadband has been constantly dropping out over the last 2 months . Can you explain why this is happening please.

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

Note VM will not send an engineer until all area faults are rectified.

In the meantime, setup a BQM to monitor and record your incoming circuit  www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

Also my neighbourhood has the same problem in Silvertonhill Hamilton. Constantly told it’s an outage. Can someone not let us know the true as we pay good money for the service and we are not getting the proper service.
