Broadband down in S25

No broadband in the Sheffield S25 area since yesterday. Confirm with neighbours that this is not limited to my own setup. No information from Virgin.

Same here. "There is a fault in your area and we are aware of it". Great. Really useful Virgin. It has been 24 hours now, and that is all you can tell us? Shocking customer support

I have taken a look on our side and I am unable to see any reported issues. 

Can you confirm if you are still having issues?
