Broadband has been down for approximately 6hr now in NG5 before complete loss it was intermittent, fault checker in the my virgin media app shows everything ok yet net is down. I've done the usual cycle power and factory reset and it's just flashing yellow at me. Any help please thanks.

Try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.
