Is it cutting out only on wifi connected devices, or do you see them at the same times on devices connected on ethernet cables? If you don't know, can you check on one to help diagnose whether it is just a wifi issue or it could be network connection/Hub related?

If its just wifi... the first thing I would look for is a source of "interference" that switches itself on at 11.20.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & TNT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi), Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Im

not sure so I’ll ask the husband lol. I know we’ve had intermitissues with broadband and virgin came out and took off splitters we had on stuff and in the end we got a new hub. But still foes

off more than I would like

considering we pay a lot for it. Yesterday it went off in the afternoon and all devices were off, my tv , my sons tv and Nintendo switch and my daughters iPad. When I did have an issue,  the virgin app just tells me to reset the hub. Which is almost everyday and this is after a new router.

If its just on wifi - it may be nothing to do with VM... e.g. our wifi drops out whenever we switch on the microwave oven.. it restores upon the "ping" 😎

Thats what you need to pin down first
