Hi the wire going into the house is just laying on top of the soil. It also goes through a wall on the edge of the property which is going to be knocked down soon. Can someone arrange to get this wire removed please? Thanks

Just call it in free on 150 (VM line)  or 0345 454 1111 others (national rate) and they can rrange this.  There will be a £25 charge for a non-fault call out.

A VM person will help here but it can be several days before they get here,

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I have a long cable connected to a CATV box on the pavement on my lawn not attached to anything on the other end. I believe the previous owner had Virgin Media. Could someone detach and remove it?

Hi OriginalEggman

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

Is the cable on the lawn exposed?

Could you send us a picture please so we can determine if this is our kit?

Please pop back to us when you can.
