My Broadband is down AGAIN!
This is the 4th time in 2 weeks.
This service is becoming so poor that it's now affecting my ability to work.
I need this fixed now!
This is a Community forum and not a "direct" line to VM. If your need is urgent, then just ring in. It will take a couple of days for a VM Mod to pick this up here.
However, try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page. This may give more information about the outage.
