Anyone else feel like it's 1983 in Stoke? (No internet)

I wish they'd give us some idea of WHAT went wrong. Did the cleaner unplug the server so she could use her vacuum cleaner?

Would it be okay to ask if you still need help, or is everything back on now as it should be?
