What do you need help with?

You have multiposted twice

https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Networking-and-WiFi/How-is-this-even-possible/td-p/5594686

The 8.00 p.m. screenshot says no issues and the 8.30 p.m. screenshot advises of an intermittent fault.

If you are asking for detailed information about the issue, you are unlikely to get that on here. It usually takes VM forum staff several days to get to a topic and, even then, they probably don't have too much more info than you can get yourself.

You could also try the automated service status number 0800 561 0061 to check for any faults in your area and estimated fix times. It is suggested on here it may offer more localised info.

Steven_L of the VM forum team offered you a PM to assist

https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Security-matters/Broadband-connection-issues/m-p/5594643#M56297

did you receive/reply to that?

These messages and emails sound like they could be VM's 'smart support' process at work

Thanks for your post @jasineil2010, and welcome back to our Community Forums!

Sorry to hear of the issues experienced on your connection.

I've been able to look into the local area and there appears to be no outage present.

Can you please confirm if the services are now running to the expected levels?

Thanks
