I honestly can't think of a more frustrating company that I've ever had to deal with. 

How can they be so bad?

I even wrote to the CEO reason with them. They said "no", but credited me £38.

Aa if £38 will compensate. 

Anyone know how I can get out of a contract early without penalty?

We are so sorry to hear that you have faced an issue with your service and that an outage is currently present. Can I ask if an estimated fix time has been given for the outage? We would be happy to raise a complaint for you in regards to this via a private message if you would like?
