Generally, yes. For wired (Ethernet) devices you can simply unplug the Ethernet cable from your old computer and plug it into your new computer.
Should work straight away.

For your wireless (Wi-Fi) devices you'll need your Wi-Fi password which is usually printed somewhere on your Hub.
