Double check that childsafe is not active on your account. If it is off - perhaps your i.p address has been blocked. If you put the Hub into modem mode you get a different ip address assigned - so you can check if that's the case on a computer/laptop connected to the Hub on an ethernet cable (no wifi in modem mode).

How do I put the hub into modem mode ?

To put your hub into modem mode, you will need to enter the details on the back of your router under hub settings and hub settings password into your web browser. Enter into your web browser 192.168.0.1 and then on this page you'll need the password under hub settings on the router itself.
Once you have access to your hub settings you should see an option to enable modem mode. This will turn off the hubs WiFi feature and internet will only be accessible through ethernet cables connected directly into the hub itself.
You can disable modem mode and return to router mode through the same method/steps in the hub settings page.

If you want to go into modem mode (recommended!) them you should get yourself a good wireless router. The one below is a good inexpensive intro unit - spend more £ for more features. Also, to correctly set it up see Tudor’s message 2 in here….
