Hi, I think I unwittingly bought Adult Content! Trying to get used to this new Tivo360 and accidently added PIN not realising puting in my PIN automatically buys a 'ticket' for the night. How can I check if I have been charged? Surely there should be a question like "Are you sure you want to proceed" before 'ticket' is bought?
Of course there should be and this has been pointed out loads of times but then this is VM after all.

It's only a small detail in the overall scheme, but there is no such thing as a "Tivo360", that's a bit like saying "Windows Linux".
TiVo is a TV-software platform which drives TiVo & V6 boxes
Horizon is a TV-software platform which drives TV360 boxes.
Having reformatted your V6 to uninstall TiVo and instead run Horizon software, you don't have a Tivo360, you have a 360.

Ok, I was able to read the thread and the EXACT same thing that happened to amitjha happened to me. I wonder if Matthew from VM, or another customer orintated agent, would kindly look into this matter and refund the money, if taken, please.
