I am currently unable to access any of my work's Azure/AWS Single Sign on web apps including Teams, Outlook & SharePoint. Any sites that require SSO are not progressing after the request is submitted Service Status page on the main website keeps wanting to reset my router but general connection stability is unchanged. It appears to be a specific DNS issue for select AWS servers. This has now left me unable to work and will likely lose pay due to this. Can you please provide the cause and timescale for resolution so that I may share this with my employer?

Is this any closer to being resolved? As I too live in the Wishaw ML2 area and I'm having issues accessing some work related websites that I need to access to do my job. Please provide an update?

I have also contacted Virgin about this issue this morning as I am experiencing the same trying to access Azure websites which began yesterday 11/06. I live in the Bellshill ML4 area and unable to carry out any work due to this! Please provide an update on this asap

Same issue here in ML8, have reported and help said they have 'raised an IT ticket' and given me a reference number and that it will be fixed in 24 hours but I'll believe that when I see it as honestly the person (if they were a person) on the chat did not seem to have heard of e.g. Sharepoint, Microsoft.

Thanks all for your replies. On twitter DM, I've been told they are on track to resolve by 1.55pm today but I don't hold out much hope considering the replies on other posts on this forum.

I now have Sharepoint back, no word from Virgin. Is anyone else also fixed now?

Hi all,
We're sorry for any inconvenience this issue has caused. Our team believe that the issue some customers experienced accessing AWS hosted sites is now resolved. Please let us know if you are now able to access these sites, or if you are still experiencing this issue.
Thanks
