I have a hub 5 and I've set it up so it has a different SSID on 5ghz to 2.4 so I know my devices are connected at 5ghz which works fine most of the time, but now and then the 5ghz SSID vanishes on all devices and I lose the connection.
When I log into the hub it shows the 5ghz signal is working but shows no devices connected, I've tried turning the signal on and off but that doesn't fix it, I tried turning the hub off for a minutes and on again and that doesn't always fix it, sometimes it works if I reboot in the hub menu, why on earth am I losing the 5ghz SSID?
I’ve tried changing some of the setting but that makes no difference, it’s working now but I’m sure at some point it will happen again
Edit, I just found another post with this problem and it says to set it to channel 44 manually so I'll give that a go

Hi Steve1077,
Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐
We're sorry to hear you've been having an issue with your the 5Ghz band disappearing. Manually setting the channel to 44 can help as this will stop the channel from bouncing about and changing.
Keep us posted on how things go once you've done this 🙂
Thanks,
