Hi
3 times now I have gone through the process of finding 'dead-spots' on the VM Connect app around my house. I have read in places that i should be able to order a wifi pod using the app when i find a dead spot, but i can not see how.
So I then spend 30min on the phone to customer services who take me through the process and assure me that a pod will be on its way. I have done this process 3 times now and no pod has been sent. Virgin are supposed to guarantee wifi across the home, but seem to be just avoiding sending out the pods.
If they cant get me the service they promise how do i get the refund they also promise. Or can someone on here actually send me a couple?
