Hello
Can anyone help me with changing ssid on a hub 5. I have smart appliances that work off of 2.4 and I cant get them connected to work. Had hub 3 and they worked perfectly no joy now afyer supposed upgrade.

Use the Hub 5 menu at http://192.168.0.1/
In the same situation some customers have made progress by disabling the 5GHz WI-Fi of the Hub for a period of time to enable them to have both the smart device and the smart phone + management app on the 2.4GHz band.
Do be aware not all IoT / older laptops detect the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 6 service of the Hub 5.
