Verify my My Virgin Media email address cannot get through

I tried to set up my virgin media account, I got the verify email, after I clicked the link in the email, it pops up my link invalid, ask me to set up my account again. I tried & got the verify email again, but still link invalid, cannot get through to set up my account!

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue and thank you again for posting. We have seen this issue happen in the past but the customer is still able to log in with the agreed email and password. Can you try logging in for us?
