Hi, I'm desperate for some help, please!
I can't find any phone number that will allow me to speak to an agent about billing.
I get disconnected when told to pay outstanding balance online if i call the 0345 number.
I can't seem to use the QR code on the contact us option, and the nearest 02 shop is too far for me to get to before it closes once I've finished work.
I just want help with a payment plan and DD to get my services back up and running ASAP. At this rate I may just switch providers.

Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community.
Sincere apologies for the issues faced with paying a bill, regarding a payment plan we wouldn't be able to set one up ourselves, has this already been done?
