I'm also having same problem.
I can sign in fine on web browser but on iOS I have the same problem for My VM & VM Connect apps.
iOS and apps are both latest.
Symptoms...
1) Click "Sign in with a Virgin Media Account" on VM Connect or "Broadband, Tv & Phone" on My VM app.
2) popup appears "'VM Connect' wants to use 'virginmedia.com to sign In. This allows the app and website to share information about you". Cancel or Continue.
3) Click Continue... browser type window pups up and before loading anything closes itself.
4) The app now shows "Sorry, we're having problems".

We're sorry to see that you're having issues with signing in on IOS. Is this on any particular device that this happens on. Do you get a specific error message when this happens?

Hi Nathan, what I described as symptoms is on my iPhone 15 Pro.
Interestingly, however, since reading your post, I downloaded it to my iPad Air and both apps work fine on there.
So I've deleted both apps on iPhone and redownloaded but same issue as before

Please can you confirm what IOS your iphone 15 is on?
Also what IOS is your ipad on?
So to confirm its not working on ether device now?

Hi, the aps work fine on the iPad. The trouble seems to be on my iPhone 15 Pro.
both devices are on the latest iOS 18.1.1
The apps are latest version available on App store My Virgin Media Account v24.3 and Virgin Connect v12.46.9

Sorry to hear you're still unable to access your account via the My Virgin Media app. And sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing. You've advised this appears to only be impacting one device and works well on your other Apple device. Are there any differences in the software and version of the app on the tablet? Also, regarding your phone, are you able to access via the website?

yes each app version is the same on both devices. I can't seem to login to My Account on the iPhone browser. It just keeps reloading the login page

Really strange, this does sound more like a device issue especially as you do have access on the iPad, have you looked on Apple's support pages to see if anyone else is facing the same issue?
