Phone port not done

I've been requesting for over a week my phone number be ported and it's getting closer to my cut off point of digiweb making the number invalid.

 

Thus number is over 40 years old! 

I've contacted by phone more than 4 times

https://digiweb.ie/  are an Irish broadband and TV provider.

I think you will better off contacting VM IE -  https://www.virginmedia.ie/contact/   as sadly these forums are for Virgin customers in the UK and not affiliated with VM Ireland.  The forums staff here don't have access to VM Ireland systems.

Both my virgin media app and virgin media tv app are not working.

Like others I've tried it all. Extra help please
