Kids tv - add on?

Hi, does anyone know if kids tv costs extra? Only asking as looking at my account it says I have kids tv as an add on which I have never asked for. 
I can’t seem to find a definitive answer anywhere so any help would be appreciated.

Kids TV is £5, and usually calculated within your pricing. We don't deal with package changes here, but you can speak to the team on 150/ 0345 454 1111 and they'll be able to help.

last time I spoke to the team I asked for it to be removed and it’s still there. I am out of contract so will call them and weigh up my options.
