I was referred by my aunt and used the code etc when I called up to purchase I heard from my aunt she got the email to confirm the 50 each but on my dashboard for referrals I don’t have anything showing as pending what do I do?

Can we confirm how you placed the order, was it directly through ourselves or a 3rd party website?

I did it over the phone with virgin and my aunt had sent me the code she has now her money and virgin says wait it will come but haven’t had email about it like she did 

Thanks for coming back to us Stuarteden, when were your services installed with us? It can take up to 2 months after install for both credits to be added to accounts.

I still haven’t got it virgin kee saying they see on my sign up it was done correctly and will take 60 days but my aunt has had her money now nearly a month and my services where installed on 3rd October like it’s over 60 days I don’t know what else to do

Sorry that this has been ongoing, with this you would need to reach out to the 3rd party who handled this, you can do so directly by either calling 01576 820 030 or sending an email to virgin-media@aklamio.com.

They will be able to assess why this has not been added through for yourself.
