Hub 4 not connecting to my vm connect app

Hi, looking for help. My Hub 4 and 2 wifi pods are not connecting to my VM connect app. Not sure how long this has been an issue. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear of the issues with the Connect App whilst using your Hub 4 and Wi-Fi pods.

Can you please try logging out of the app, clearing the cache and then logging back in to see if this then sync's the equipment?

Also check the Hub 4 admin menu still works at : http://192.168.0.1/
Enter the HUB PASSWORD and make sure the menu pages are displayed.
