Chnage Package/Orders page blocked

Hi

 Every time I go to the web pages to change my package I am prevented from looking at anything except a message to say "

Your order's on its way!

Sorry! We’re still processing your last order so can’t accept any more purchases at this time.

We’ll notify you when this has gone through and you can start shopping again."

 The order was for a wifi pod on my wifimax, this was delivered, and is complete on the separate orders and appointments page.

 Can somebody here from VM help get my MyVirginMedia back up to date so I can look at my package and order another pod please.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear that your My VM page hasn't quite updated. It can take a little time for the order status to filter through the systems. 

In terms of ordering the 2nd WiFi Pod, this is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I've sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you're using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you're on a mobile/tablet device then instead, click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
