i spoke to your team members twice on the phone. but they cut twice my phone line.   now who will solve my problem .  

where to go citizen advice bureau to solve my problem. because your team cut down my phone line again and again.  when i asked them when is my contract finishing . then they cut my line 

can you please tell me. where to go.

What problem(s) are you facing?

If you are willing/able to outline the issue(s) on here (without posting any personal/account info) you might get some help/advice from forum members or the VM forum team

If you log into 'My Virgin Media' should should be able to see details of your package and contract there online, I think. You are in a contract with VM indefinitely until you give VM 30 days notice to cancel. The minimum term period is typically 18 months, where you have an introductory discount for your services. If you cancel during a minimum term period VM may (will) charge you early disconnection fees.
