text message link doesn't exist

in the process of reviewing renewal, we have received a text with an offer but the link doesn't work, virginmedia.com/renewal  to get offer but that page it says doesn't exist. Plus need to do today ...

    I've had at least 6 of these over the past few weeks, none of the links worked.
