Help

I had forgotten my password and Virgin told me to sign on with another e mail address Now I can't change it back and I am not receiving e mails on my imac and i cannot set up an account. I am, however getting emails on my phone and Ipa since they are using the original sign in name - which is my email address

    Sorry to hear of the confusion caused over the logging into the E-Mail address.

    Can you still log into the self-care account for the E-Mail address and subsequently access the inbox?

    Thanks. I can use the link to email and see all my emails under my original email address,

      Have you tried following the advice provided by Adduxi

      Please refer to the section entitled "How to set an app password to use an email app" in this article here, and let us know how you get on.

    It would be best iif you posted in the email section, where you will get advice on why you need a 3rd party email address now for VM email.  Note if you make any changes to your phone or ipad they will also loose access.  You really need to setup the new "app" password for your email.
