box arrives doesn't' work ring up technician will come in a month?cancel contract/ disconnection.30 days etc

call person says i have gone back to my orginal contract and it is the new price
log in o my bill and it s starting 27 march broadband £25?
phone person says i havn't got a tv box never had? email comes asking when will i send the box back lol
and i missed the techniician ?????
virign technician pushes a note tough the door saying my area doesn't have TV lol.
