good afternoon after a very frustrating time trying to actually talk to someone in billing more chance of winning the lottery i think

new bill shows change of tv package and increase in bill of £58.00  services removed  and then added back on ,still within discount period .

so looks like trying to charge twice for tv package  your call centre abroad is absolutely appalling .

hopefully a mod here can help as fed up to the back teeth of the call centres

well no help here from mods so complaint raised with Virgin re the issue i expect that will be a waste of time also
