I had a contract with Virgin back in 2021, I had issues, sometimes I would get signal other times not. Spoke with virgin and was told maybe the sim is defective and send a new one, issue still persists and they said they cannot help me any further and I can cancel the contract with no extra costs. so I did cancel it. Months later, I receive letter from the dogshit (bw legal) that I owe money. I called virgin and was told there is no outstanding amounts and asked again if there was any outstanding amount at the time I left and they said no outstanding. the dogs have applied for ccj on my file and are still chasing me for money I do not owe. There are no complaints procedure or any humans but bots that repeat the same sentences. Virgin get your **bleep** sorted and I need a written letter confirming what was confirmes to me via telephone.
