Hi all.
Just set up new account / service yesterday (broadband / homephone / TV). We need to make some adjustments. When I ring Virgin Media, they keep asking for a memorable word. We have no recollection of setting one up - just a password, but this is not acceptable as the memorable word to pass security on the phone.
Any ideas?

You are supposed to setup this word during your account creation, but it's not always done in some cases. The word is NOT your password, it's just a random word you will remember.
If you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss directly with you.
