illegal transaction

Dear all,

My name is Haralampi Haralampiev and today I sow that there was a withdrawal from my bank account from Virgin Media for 52 pounds. I have contract only with O2 and no connection to Virgin Media. I am currently in Bulgaria till 25.7.2024. Please let me know if you need more information from me in order to check my case. I am not using any Virgin Media plans and I am not interested at the moment.

Can you confirm the name of the transaction as if it shows VMO2 this may be for your O2 services, does this amount match what was agreed for the O2 services?
