Yes, whenever a customer does move home and takes their services with them, a new account will be created. You will have a new account number and potentially a new area reference number depending on where you moved to.
What exactly have the team advised? If you are unsure of your new account details, the team should have been able to locate your account using your new address details.
We'd recommend double checking your emails from around the time you moved to see if you have an email from us containing your new account number 😊
