how to change the account number associated with my email

I have a new contract and need to change the account number associated with my email so I can access the new information with the app

I have been trying to get this resolved from Friday with no luck. I used a virgin media connection for almost 4 years to Oct 2023 and then had to move to other services due to unacceptable price rise, now a better deal was available and i switched back to Virgin in Jan 2024. I tried to create a new account for the new connection and it would not let me do it as the email address was already in use for the previous account. I have been trying to get help from the Virgin Media Community from Friday and every time a few verification questions are being asked and then no further communications, then the same process starts again and again stops communicating once the verification questions are answered. Is this the same experience for everyone or is it just me? I need to get a copy of the latest invoice and is there any way this can be done? This experience is frustrating
