free 43" smart tv

I would give no starts but I guess I can't do that. I took out a package with Virgin when they were offering a free 43" smart tv. They confimed on more than 2 calls that I would have the TV but that it was currently out of stock . They have now refused to give me the TV. Do Not Trust anything you read from these people. I had the confirmations via the telephone after reading an advert and placing the order and now they ducking out of delivering.

Sorry to hear you're waiting on a gift with purchase, you can find some helpful information regarding this here

If a gift is included with your order, we advise that within 28 days of your services being installed and activated the gift supplier Exertis will dispatch this to their courier service, UK Mail. It can then take a further 14 days for UK Mail to deliver the package, meaning that in total it can take up to 42 days from the date of services being installed and activated before the hardware gift arrives.

It sounds to me like you have already chased the TV up through the correct channels ( as linked to by Alex).

If so then raise a formal complaint with VM with a view to escalating to ADR https://www.virginmedia.com/help/complaints

I have been waiting for this gift since August and was recently told that Virgin would not have done this offer even though I still have the advert.  I came to you on the recommendation of my brother (who has still not had his £50 introduction fee) and I have been nothing but disappointed in the level of service. My internet keeps dropping and they are now trying to prevent me getting the 43" Smart TV I was promised.  I would be grateful if you could do something as my brother is now going to cancel after some 15 years because of the way I have been treated.
