Hi there @pcboo

Thank you so much for your post and welcome back to the community forums, it's great to have you here.

I am so sorry that you are needing to downgrade your package, we do not typically handle package changes via the forums but if you pop our team on 0345 454 1111 then out agents will do all they can to assist.

Not enough info in your post to try and make any useful suggestions. VM usually does not make it easy for customers to downgrade.

Are you in a minimum term period with VM or are you outside your minimum term?

What package and services do you have at present and what do you want to downgrade to?

You may get some help from the VM forum team (who usually reply here within a few days) or they may refer you back to VM's other lines of contact as billing and contract issues are not routinely dealt with on here.

Edit: Your posting history shows you asked the same question in Oct 2022. The reply then is largely the same now.
