My Virgin Media account says my contract has expired.

It also shows my new contract and I'm being charged at the revised rate.

So everything is OK.

VM needs to attend to its admin procedures and at least show the correct position.

Any chance of that happening? I'm getting fed up because it is not the first time they failed to give the right story.

I shouldn't ask two questions at once, but here goes. I'm getting calls from the VM marketing number, 08000521251, but as it is always at 1142am, I guess it is spoofed. I can block it (I think) but I am unable to change my marketing preferences - all I get is the error message to try again later.

I could leave all this alone and ignore it, but I like things done properly - it improves confidence.

Perhaps a change of staff would be appropriate?
