my contract started on 22 november 2022 shown on my invoice but another box on my invoice shows it has been updated on 1 may 2023 why and by who?

The date difference is 18 months. Is the contract update showing that your minimum term has expired, along with any package discounts, and you are now moving to 'standard' pricing?

the date difference to may 2024 is 18 months so why does the box show 1 may 2023? packages now expiring i have not amended my package since nov 2022.
