Hi,
Can anyone help me find my Yodel tracking reference number so I can try to reschedule my Virgin TV 360 box? It's due tomorrow, but I might not be here to receive it. Any help or advice appreciated!

Sorry to hear of the difficulty faced when trying to locate the Yodel tracking number.
Usually it would be issued to you via an E-Mail and/or SMS message.
Can you please ensure that your spam/junk folder has been checked for the required E-Mail with the tracking number enclosed?

Thanks David, I appreciate your reply. Still no email or SMS regarding a tracking order number, but this evening I received a text from Virgin to say that if I'm not in tomorrow, Yodel will leave a card explaining how to reschedule.
