I ordered a wi-fi pod from virgin media but I have not received a confirmation email or text. The guy on the phone said it was ordered and that I could track the order, but that’s proving impossible without the required information. What’s going on Virgin?

I am sorry to hear there's been no further update about your WiFi Pod order.
Is there anything showing under 👉 'Orders & Appointments' via your online account?

Sorry for the late reply, pods have arrived and sorted the problem but in answer to you question nothing was showing in orders or appointments at all.
