Hi,
Ive had several attempts to let the VM that Im not going to stay any longer at the end of my contract. I was told about that (illegal and stupid) rule of 30 days so sent my cancellation via letter and rang today 26.01 (30 days prior) and guess what? Our system is not working we can't help!!!
I recorded the whole conversation and wondered If that's ok. The Letter has been sent and my 4th attempt to let them know Im leaving (today)
Why is it so hard?

Hi and welcome to my team!
I had 3 attempts - 40 days, 35 days and today 30 days before end of my contract and today I was told - the system is down... Have to ring again!
40 days before I was told its too early as is 35 days... what Aa JOKE!
