My Virgin broadband and landline are being disconnected next week (22nd). I received my final bill today and I'm in credit so I assumed that this would be refunded to me but I just asked the bot and it told me I needed to wait 45 days - why?!

Thank you for your post, and I am sorry to hear any misunderstanding on this. We advise 45 days for the cheque as it will take 30 to process when your account is closed, then 15 for it to be printed and posted to you.
